Your texts stay yours

We never store your documents in the clear — and we cannot read them back, even if we were asked to.

The analysis starts as soon as you write. Nothing is sent.

Check a text Rewrite a text Protect a text before AI

No account, no install. Checking is free.

Beta — replace names, IP addresses and identifiers with tokens before pasting your text into an AI, then put the real names back into the answer. Everything happens in your browser.

What Veritext does

Check. Estimate whether a text was written by a person or by an AI. The analysis runs in your browser: nothing is sent to us.

Rewrite naturally. Turn a draft into fluent, coherent prose in the tone you want — the text encrypted all the way to our processing server in France, where it exists only in memory for the duration of the computation. After each rewrite we check that your numbers and your protected terms are still there, and we show you the result of that check: a language model can distort a figure, and that is the kind of error a reader does not catch.

What Veritext does not do

Veritext does not make a text "undetectable" and must not be used to pass off as human a piece of content whose origin has to be declared. Rewrites are marked in accordance with the European AI regulation.

No tool can prove that a text was written by an AI or by a person. Our scores are probabilistic estimates, never verdicts — and never a sufficient basis for a decision about someone.

Try the checker

Local checking is live: check a text. It runs entirely in your browser — your text is sent nowhere, and you can disconnect from the network.

For now it relies on stylometric analysis alone; the classification model is not yet embedded, and the tool says so with every result. Its accuracy is therefore below what we are aiming for.

What comes next

"Precision mode" checking, on our servers, is coming. The Security (in French) page already describes, without sugar-coating, what we protect and what we do not.
